I received my PhD from Kobe University (Japan) and completed a post-doctoral training at the Cleveland Clinic - Lerner Research Institute (USA). I use animal models to investigate the functions and mechanisms of cytoskeletal proteins in adult memory, behaviors, longevity and their association with neurological diseases. During my free time, I like to draw, take pictures and swim.
